The application process for the Eighth All-Russian Competition of Orchestra Artists has begun!

From July 7 to 12, 2025, the Moscow Philharmonic will hold the Eighth All-Russian Competition of Symphony Orchestra Artists. It gives talented musicians aged 20 to 33 a unique opportunity to prove themselves and can serve as an elevator in their professional career.

The competition will be held at the Philharmonic-2 Concert Complex in 14 specialties: string instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass), woodwind instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon), brass instruments (French horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba), percussion instruments, harp.

Performers with higher professional musical education, as well as students of music universities, are allowed to participate in the Competition. Applications will be accepted until June 13 inclusive.

The lists of contestants selected to participate in the in-person rounds of the Competition will be published no later than June 18.
