RNYSO members took part in the Russian-Austrian Creative Youth Platform

On 3—4 October 2019, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, together with the Office of the Federal Chancellor and the Ministry of Women, Family and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Austria, held a Russian-Austrian Youth Creative Platform in Vienna. It became a central event in the framework of the Year of Youth Exchanges between Russia and Austria, announced in June last year by the leaders of our two countries.

The goal of the Platform is to bring together young creative professionals, artists and students from universities of Russia and Austria, establish bilateral contacts, exchange experiences, present modern youth programs and relevant teaching methods in cultural and art institutions, and stimulate the creative projects.

Representatives of the orchestra administration told the participants of the Platform about the history of its appearance, current activities and creative plans, and RNYSO soloists Vladimir Gubchenko and Anna Komarova shared their orchestra experience.
